No Account Needed
Open the app and get straight to work. You never need an email, phone number, or password to use all features.
Saved on Your Computer
Your timer preferences, blocklists, and streaks live securely in your browser. Nothing goes to the cloud without your explicit choice.
Zero Tracking or Ads
No analytics scripts, no advertising beacons, and no tracking cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie if you opt into Cloud Sync. We never monitor or monetize your habits.
What stays on your computer
We only save what is strictly necessary to remember your setup between visits:
- •Your timer intervals: The minutes you choose for deep focus and breaks.
- •Your blocklist: The websites you choose to pause so you stay in flow (0 sites).
- •Your focus history: Completed sprints, focus goals, and streaks (0 recorded).
- •Blocked attempts: The name and time of blocked sites you tried to open during focus, used for your statistics.
- •Progress: Your Flow XP, level, and unlocked achievements.
- •Preferences: Timer presets, keyboard shortcuts, ambient sound volume, and theme choices.
What we never see or touch
Whether or not you use Cloud Sync, we never collect:
- •Your browsing history: The extension only matches sites against your blocklist. Pages you visit that aren't blocked are never logged or transmitted.
- •Page contents: The extension never reads what is on the websites you open.
- •Your personal identity: No IP address logging, device fingerprinting, or profiling.
- •Your keystrokes: Nothing you type is ever recorded or analyzed.
If You Turn On Cloud Sync
Sync is off by default. When you sign in, here is exactly what is stored on our servers so your setup can follow you.
Email, display name, and profile picture (from Google if you use Google sign-in). Passwords are never stored in plain text, only as a salted scrypt hash.
Timer settings and custom presets, shortcuts and shortcut toggles, visualizer themes, sound and appearance choices, blocklist, focus sessions with their goals and notes, granular deflection event history, streaks, Flow XP, and achievements.
A single secure, HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out removes it. It is never used for tracking or shared with anyone.

Timers calculate remaining seconds using your computer's internal clock. No network delays or lost ticks on flights or trains.
Ambient rain and noise are generated directly on your machine. Zero audio files are streamed, saving your data and battery.
